1. Gaming — Possession of slot machines unlawful — Disposition of by officer. Slot machines are banned as "gambling devices" and as "lotteries" and no one is permitted to operate such machines, and only a public officer or person coming into possession of machine by reason of performance of official duty and holding the same to be disposed of according to law can possess such a machine. 2. Gaming — "Hickey Law" does not legalize use of slot machines. The Hickey Law amending the gambling laws so as to permit licensing of card tables and trade stimulators and enumerated "hickey" games does not legalize operation, possession and maintenance of slot machines. 3. Gaming — Effect of licensing by State Board. Slot machine revenue stamps purchased from and issued by State Board of Equalization does not justify operation or possession of such machines, which are banned gambling devices. 4. Lotteries — "Numbers game" held a lottery. The "numbers game", the players of which mark on tickets containing 80 squares numbered 1 to 80 and at close of which the operators select 20 numbers and the player of which wins if his ticket has marked upon it five or more of the numbers marked by operators, is banned as a "lottery", whether such game is called Chinese lottery, "the Crown Game", "the Crown punchboard game", or any other name.
